Abacus Bed and Breakfast can provide comfortable  accommodation for up to 5 people with our 2 twin rooms and one single. All rooms have TV/DVD/Freeview plus wireless Internet connection, central heating and ceiling fan. We also provide fresh towels and a towelling dressing gown for your convenience.

Our price includes a full English breakfast or a breakfast of your choice. We can, at extra cost, provide you with an evening meal from a set menu. Our location in Welwyn Garden City provides you with numerous dining facilities within walking distance including 2 pubs both serving traditional English fare, 2 Indian restaurants, a Thai restaurant, takeaway fish and chips, pizza and Chinese. You are more than welcome to eat your meal in our dining room.

Our home also provides a leisure dining room with Sky TV, tea and coffee facilities and access to the conservatory and landscaped garden, where you are welcome to sit and relax.

Our central location in Welwyn Garden City, Herts is perfect for all forms of transport. By road we are 1 mile from the A1M with links to the M25, 12 miles from the M1, and 30 miles from the M11. When you reach WGC look for signs for the QEII Hospital. By rail, we are equal distance of 2 miles from Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield Main line stations which provide a frequent service into London Kings Cross taking only 20 minutes. We are also central for all major airports with Luton only 12 miles away, Stansted 27 miles and Heathrow 35 miles.
